- Take out frozen breaded shrimp from the bag and use an air fryer as needed, set the temperature to 180-200 degrees and heat for 10-15 minutes. If using a frying pan, preheat the oil to 170-180 degrees and fry for about 3 minutes. Follow specific instructions on the packaging depending on portion size.
- Cook rice or quinoa and set aside.
Place an appropriate amount of cooked rice or quinoa in a bowl and add sushi vinegar to taste. - Place the fried shrimp on top of the rice after frying.
- Arrange the sliced crab sticks and various vegetables evenly around the fried shrimp.
- Sprinkle with chopped seaweed and chopped scallions.
- To taste, drizzle with Poke sauce or sesame oil for extra flavor.
- To taste, you can add some other seasonings like soy sauce, ginger, garlic, mustard, or lemon juice.
- Gently mix and serve.
