At Pong Market, we want your experience to be as smooth and positive as possible. That’s why we offer several delivery options – so you can choose the one that suits you best. Below, we explain the terms for each delivery method and what you should keep in mind to avoid extra charges. In addition to the shipping cost, a picking fee of 39 SEK applies for orders under 200 SEK.
Pickup at Restaurant
If you do not collect your order at the selected restaurant or DHL Service Point and the package is returned to us, Pong Market reserves the right to charge you for the value of any damaged products as well as costs for shipping and handling. A re-delivery fee of 99 SEK applies, or additional charges depending on the delivery scope.
Pickup at DHL Service Point

Gordon Delivery and Best
For home deliveries via Gordon Delivery or Best, it is important that you inform us in advance if there are specific dates or times when you cannot receive the delivery. If this information is not provided and the delivery fails as a result, Pong Market reserves the right to charge you for any damaged products and additional costs for shipping and handling. A re-delivery fee of 179 SEK applies, or additional charges depending on the delivery scope.
Incorrect Mobile Number
If you enter an incorrect mobile number during registration and our staff is unable to contact you at the time of delivery, a transport fee of 300 SEK or more may apply due to the extra handling and transportation.

1. Pickup at Selected Restaurant – Full Assortment Available
In Stockholm and Uppsala, we have selected partner restaurants where you can pick up your order free of charge. Deliveries to our restaurants are made several times a week, and you will receive an email when your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch. Delivery information will then be sent via SMS. Frozen and fresh products must be picked up within 24 hours, and dry goods within 48 hours after arriving at the restaurant. If you are unable to pick up your order within 48 hours, please contact our customer service. Pong Market reserves the right to charge you for the value of any damaged goods and related delivery handling costs. A re-delivery fee of 99 SEK applies, or additional charges depending on the delivery scope. 2. Pickup at Selected Restaurant – Full Assortment Available
Pong Market uses its own vehicles to deliver to most parts of Stockholm and Uppsala. With our own delivery fleet, you can order from our entire product range. Orders over 1,200 SEK qualify for free delivery. All deliveries are made using our refrigerated vehicles equipped with freezer boxes. Delivery time is normally 1–3 business days. If you do not inform us in advance about specific dates or times when you are unavailable to receive the delivery, and the delivery fails as a result, Pong Market reserves the right to charge you for the value of any damaged products and delivery handling costs. 3. Home Delivery with Gordon Delivery – All Except Frozen Products
Gordon Delivery is Sweden’s largest player in home delivery of food and delivers grocery bags to us at Pong Market as well as to ICA, Coop, and other major players. We offer home delivery throughout Sweden with an unbroken cold chain to ensure that your goods maintain the highest quality all the way to your door. For delivery with Gordon Delivery, a shipping cost of 99 SEK applies for orders over 1,500 SEK. This cost covers up to 15 kg and a maximum of two boxes per shipment. Each box can have a maximum size of 40 cm in width, 55 cm in length, and 30 cm in height. For orders exceeding 30 kg or requiring more than two boxes, an additional shipping cost of 149 SEK per extra box applies. Delivery time is normally 2 to 7 business days depending on where in the country you live. For certain suburbs of Stockholm, such as Dalarna, we can also offer home delivery of frozen goods. Please note that if you do not inform us in advance about specific times or dates when you cannot receive the delivery, and this leads to the delivery not being completed as planned, Pong Market reserves the right to charge you for the order value of any damaged products and additional costs for shipping and handling. 4. Home Delivery with Best – Dry Goods Only
This delivery option is only available if your cart contains only dry goods. You can choose this option by entering your postal code at checkout. For orders under 1,200 SEK, shipping costs 99 SEK. The maximum weight per order is 20 kg. Orders exceeding this weight or requiring extra packaging incur an additional fee of 149 SEK per extra parcel. Delivery takes 2–3 business days and occurs on weekdays between 17:00 and 22:00. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Best covers around 50% of Swedish households, meaning the service is not available everywhere – it only appears during checkout. Please note that if you fail to notify us of unavailable times and the delivery is returned, Pong Market reserves the right to charge for damaged goods and re-delivery costs. A re-delivery fee of 179 SEK applies, or additional charges depending on the scope. 5. DHL Parcel – Dry Goods Only
We offer DHL delivery for other parts of Sweden. Your goods will be shipped as a parcel and can be picked up at a nearby DHL Service Point. This method is only available for dry goods – if your order contains frozen or fresh items, this option will not appear at checkout. Orders over 1,200 SEK qualify for free delivery up to a weight limit of 20 kg. Orders exceeding this limit or requiring extra packaging incur a 149 SEK fee per extra box (max 20 kg per box). Delivery time is normally 1–3 business days. Unclaimed packages incur a fee of 300 SEK for handling and return shipping. If the package must be resent, additional shipping charges will apply. If products are damaged due to the package not being collected on time, Pong Market reserves the right to charge for the order value.
