Poke bowl - Shrimp

- Take out thawed precooked shrimp and set aside.
- Cook rice or quinoa and set aside.
In a bowl, place an appropriate amount of cooked rice or quinoa and mix in sushi vinegar to taste. - Place the thawed precooked shrimp on top of the rice.
- Arrange the sliced vegetables evenly around the shrimp.
- Sprinkle with seaweed strips and chopped scallions.
- To taste, drizzle with poke sauce or sesame oil for extra flavor.
- To taste, add other seasonings such as soy sauce, ginger, garlic, mustard, or lemon juice.
- Gently mix and serve.
